Whose Voice?</strong></h1>\n<div>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">This circle draws on two recent studies: one on student explanation strategies in<br />\npostsecondary math, and another on assignment design innovations — including scaled<br />\nincentives and AI-generated hints — that have shown promise in boosting performance and<br />\nnarrowing equity gaps. Together, they raise important questions about how student voices are<br />\nvalued in math learning, and how fairness is designed into our courses.
